The request goes to every identity-verified provider who serves your PG’s pincode. The first to accept gets the job and sends their price.

Track it live

See who accepted, their price, and when they are on the way. Call or WhatsApp them in one tap.

Step 5

Pay directly and rate

Pay the provider by cash or UPI when the job is done — no platform commission. Your rating helps other owners.

Ordering for your PG — questions

How do I order water cans or gas cylinders for my PG?

Open My PG Manager, go to Order supplies & services, choose drinking water or gas, add the quantity, pick a date and time slot and place the request. Verified suppliers in your PG’s pincode are notified and the first to accept delivers.

How do I find a plumber or electrician for my hostel?

Choose Plumber or Electrician, select the type of job (visit, leak repair, wiring and so on), describe the problem and pick a time slot. Verified service providers near your hostel are notified, and you can call the one who accepts.

How is the price decided?

Before ordering you see a price range built from the price lists of providers serving your area. The provider who accepts sends their exact price, which you see before they arrive.

Do I pay through the app? Is there a commission?

No. You pay the provider directly by cash or UPI when the job is done. My PG Manager does not take a commission from you or the provider.

Are the providers verified?

Yes. Providers must verify their identity — instantly with DigiLocker, or by uploading a government ID that our team reviews — before they can see or accept requests.

Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?

Yes. You can book up to 30 days ahead and choose a time slot. The provider gets a reminder on the morning of the job.

What if nobody accepts or the provider cancels?

If a provider cancels, your request goes back to the other providers automatically and you are notified. If no one accepts before the time slot ends, the request expires and you can re-order for another slot in one tap.
