Yes. Add a Maintenance, Parking, Water, Electricity, Security or Cleaning charge to one flat, or apply the same amount to every occupied flat in one step. Charges can repeat every month and are added to each tenant's rent bill automatically.
Yes. Your security guard or manager logs each visitor — name, phone, flat, purpose (guest, delivery, service, cab) and vehicle number — and marks them out when they leave. The flat's tenant gets a notification when someone arrives for them.
Yes. Write the agreement in the app and get it e-signed by you and your tenant, or upload a PDF or photo of an agreement already signed on paper. Tenants can view their agreement in the free tenant app.
The app sends rent reminders on WhatsApp before the due date, follows up when rent is overdue, and sends a receipt when a payment is recorded. You can also collect rent online with a pay-now link.
