Why we built it
Most PGs in India are still run from a notebook, an Excel sheet and a WhatsApp group. Rent is chased one tenant at a time, deposits are remembered rather than recorded, and the owner finds out the month's profit only after doing the sums by hand.
My PG Manager puts that work in one app. Reminders go out on WhatsApp by themselves, tenants pay by UPI from the reminder, and the dues, expenses and profit for every property are on one screen. It is priced so a one-building PG can afford it, and it does not charge more as you add beds.
